A name wheel for your next choice
Use the wheel to choose a game starter, a discussion prompt, a group activity, or the next task. Paste your own choices, spin, and read the selected entry below the wheel. There is no account to create.
1. Add the choices
Enter one name or option per line. A pasted spreadsheet column works too. Blank lines are ignored; duplicate entries are kept.
2. Spin and read the result
Each list entry has the same chance of being selected. The animation reveals a choice made using your browser’s random source.
3. Reuse your list
Copy or download the winner. To draw without repeats, enable winner removal. Switch to the team generator or list randomizer to use the same list.
Example: A wheel containing Alex, Jordan, Sam and Casey gives each entry a one-in-four chance on each spin. With winner removal off, the same entry can win again.

Name wheel questions
Can the same name win twice?
Yes. With winner removal off, every spin uses the current list and previous results do not change the next draw. Enable winner removal to remove the selected entry after each spin.
What do duplicate names do?
Two identical entries occupy two separate slots. If Ana appears twice in a five-entry list, those slots together have a two-in-five chance. Removing a winner removes only the selected slot.
Where do my names go?
Names and results stay in this browser. Saving on this device is optional; Clear list also removes the saved list. There are no public sharing links containing your names.
Why are long labels shortened or hidden?
Labels are shortened to fit the wheel. With more than 32 entries they are hidden to avoid overlapping text. The full list and full selected result remain available. Up to 1,000 entries are supported.
Can I add weights or verify a certified draw?
This wheel has equal odds per entry and no weighting controls or independently audited draw record. It is designed for everyday choices and group activities.
